After seeing Mark Zuckerberg’s video @everyone last week saying Facebook had been held back “the last 4 years,” that they’re sick of censoring, and that he was excited to work with Trump, it’s hard to choke back the feeling that this guy is one of the biggest Biffs in the world. After hearing Mark Zuckerberg’s comments recently saying we need more masculinity in the world, we find ourselves looking for Jane Fonda.
The fact is: the patriarchy is under attack… some poorly raised men (and I’m looking at the men at fault here, because they had the power) are raising pitchforks against women. And whether we want to be here or not, we’re fighting for our lives.
But before you get too freaked out, know he’s afraid, too. (Most billionaires know history. Oligarchies don’t end peacefully.)
Nearly 7,000 people applied for 20 affordable housing units in Ann Arbor last week. Ann Arbor’s cute, but it’s no Carmel by the Sea. Demand is one thing. Oppression is another. And you don’t need me to tell you this is messed up. Censoring my speech on a free social media platform is one thing. Making it impossible to house myself is something different.
You also don’t need me to repeat how inhumane the income distribution is. How the top 1% have over 35% of the money, and the bottom 50% share 2%. All the people who want to know this information know it already. Now, we gotta do something about it.
First up? Let’s call a spade a spade.
Yes, all of the above! Love my library too!
